Secondary suite debate postponed

A full city council will tackle the issue of legalizing secondary suites next month.
A much-hyped committee meeting charged with hearing testimony from those for and against ended in deadlock Wednesday.
The committee vote came to a 2-2 tie.
That means council will decide whether to legalize the suites at a full meeting, currently scheduled for March 7th.
