Heritage Classic raffle winners finally found

An Airdrie couple has won the huge 50-50 draw from the Heritage Classic game on February 20th.

The tickets went forgotten in Tracey McIntyre’s purse from nearly two weeks.

On Wednesday, while her husband was hooking up a new PS3 to their TV, Tracey tells The Calgary Sun she finally decided to check her numbers.

When she realized they’d won, she says they jumped around screaming for a while, but didn’t really believe it was true until they picked up their $76,000 cheque.

It was the biggest 50-50 payout in Flames history.
