House prices down in Calgary

House prices in Calgary have fallen over the past year.

A survey by Royal LePage says prices have dropped between one and three per cent in this city, while nationally, they’re up.

The average price of a two storey home in Calgary now sits at just over $423,000.

Condo prices in Calgary are down the most, now averaging about $255,000.
