More golf courses opening

Local golfers have a few more reasons to celebrate, with more courses scheduled to be open by the weekend.

Players can tee off on the Maple Ridge back nine starting at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

McCall Lake opens Thursday.

Starting Saturday, the greens at Shaganappi Valley, Shaganappi Point and Lakeview will be ready.

Confederation Park is open next Wednesday and Richmond Green opens Saturday, May 14th.

Silverwing Links opened earlier this week.
