Fire crews plucked an injured worker from the roof of a house in the city’s northwest Saturday night.
Around 8:00 p.m., officials say a roofing contractor had suffered what’s believed to have been a broken leg on the roof of a home in the Hamptons and couldn’t get down.
Firefighters rescued him with an elevating platform and got him to the ground where he was whisked away by paramedics.
