Possible drowning in Glenmore Reservoir

A woman’s body has been pulled from the Glenmore Reservoir, and police say the victim may have drowned.
Witnesses walking along a path just south of the bridge saw a body in the water at around 2:30 Sunday afternoon.
When police and firefighters arrived, they found the body floating close to the shore.
Police say the woman is between the age of 40-55.
Traffic in the area of Glenmore Trail and 14th street was badly congested.
On Friday, the city closed the reservoir to recreational users because of dangerously high water levels and floating debris.
