A lot of women aren’t comfortable when it comes to car care which often results in a trip to the garage.
Much of the time it can be prevented with a little maintenance.
Trio Motors, in the city’s northeast, is holding a ladies car care clinic Wednesday night to show the gals how it’s done.
Trevor Helmer with Trio tells 660News there’s a knowledge gap, for the most part, when it comes to their male and female clients.
“We’re starting to see that gap definitely shorten up but there is still a gap there and we’re just trying to bridge that and get more information into the hands of our female clients, just get them more comfortable with knowledge of their vehicle and let them know that it’s not as intimidating as they initially think,” says Helmer.
The clinic is almost full already but Helmer says they expect to hold more of them.
