Police make arrest in Bowden Institute murder

Police have charged an inmate with the killing of another convict at the Bowden Institution.
33-year-old Keith Clinton Sandmaier has been charged with second-degree murder following the stabbing death of David Tung Louie at the medium security prison located 100 kilometres north of Calgary.
The incident happened on Sunday.
Sandmaier will make his first court appearance at Red Deer court on Friday.
