It’s time to prove all those claims you made about making the world’s best pancakes.

The second annual 4th Street Pancake Showdown goes until noon Thursday, with live entertainment, free games and face painting for the kids.

The main event corral and voting station are in front of Hillsboro Tower at 1800 4th St. S.W.
