Police still actively pursuing suspect in four year-old murder case

Monday marks the four year anniversary of a scary early morning mid-Stampede stabbing spree, that left one woman dead and at least four others injured.
It was early on the morning of July 11th, when during about a one hour period, five separate stabbings occurred across the city, the most serious in the Beltline, where 44-year-old Jaqueline Crazybull died of her wounds.
“This investigation is still continuing,” says Homicide Unit Staff Sergeant Grant Miller.
“We have several pieces of information that we are weighing and trying to determine our next course of action. But to be clear, this case is still active and it is still being investigated.”
Police have said they have three suspects in the case, but can’t lay charges because there just isn’t enough evidence against them.
