Stampede attendance up

The cloudy Tuesday weather didn’t keep away Stampede-goers.

More than 96,000 people went through the turnstiles Tuesday; a huge increase over the same day in 2010 when only 61,000 people attended the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth.

Tuesday’s big day has helped push overall attendance ahead of last year’s numbers, with almost 560,000 people attending so far.
