Propane tanker fire shuts down Deerfoot

A propake tanker fire had southbound Deerfoot at Southland Driver shut down for nearly an hour on Thursday just before noon.
Brian McAsey with the Fire Department says they don’t know what sparked the blaze. Crews were able to extinguish the fire a short time later and traffic was reopened on the Deerfoot.
