Long weekend graffiti attack in southeast community

Home owners in a southeast community spent their holiday weekend cleaning up after a brazen graffiti attack.

At least 15 homes were targeted on Mount Aberdeen Close in Mackenzie Town sometime before Sunday morning.

According to The Calgary Sun, the attackers sprayed mail boxes, sidewalks, garage doors, fences and a playground.

One resident says his daughter was reduced to tears when she saw the abuse done to her favourite place.

Numerous calls were made to police, who say they are looking into the matter.
