Bolsa murder trial resumes in Calgary

The Bolsa restaurant murder trial gets back underway Tuesday after a four-day break.

Nathan Zuccherato and Michael Roberto have pleaded not guilty to three counts of first degree murder in the gunning down of a known gangster, his associate, and an innocent bystander at the southeast Calgary restaurant on New Year’s Day 2009.

A key witness, whose identity is under a publication ban, takes the stand Tuesday as well as a police detective who worked with informants to uncover details of the brutal crime.
