Multiple Calgary drivers collide into buildings

The Calgary Fire Department had to deal with a vehicle driving into a strip mall early Thursday evening.
Just before 6:00 p.m., crews responded to a vehicle striking and entering the building near Canyon Meadows, causing extensive damage.
It was mainly cosmetic and the integrity of the structure was not compromised.
The cause of the accident isn’t clear, but no injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, a woman lost control of her car in Douglasdale in the southeast in the evening and accidentally drove into a hair salon.
There were also no injuries.
