National Energy Board predicting higher bills this winter

It might be a good idea to budget a little more to cover heating and electricity bills this winter.
The National Energy Board has released its winter outlook.
Power bills are expected to remain high over the next several months, especially with predictions the upcoming winter could be the coldest in a decade.
The N.E.B predicts electricity prices are headed higher because of increased demand and some power generation companies will be taking some plants off-line for repairs.
Natural gas prices are expected to be in line with last year.
As for the price of oil, the N.E.B. expects crude prices will fluctuate between $85 and $95 USD a barrel.
