Fire ban in county of Rocky View

The risk of a fire is severe in the county of Rocky View.
Officials have issued a level two fire ban due to the dry windy conditions, which means outstanding burning permits have been suspended.
Fire places inside your home can still be used as can camp stoves, propane and natural gas barbeques.
The ban went into affect at 2 p.m. Monday afternoon.
