The penguins are here!

Those little black and white birds are ready for us all to see.

The Penguin Plunge Exhibit at the Calgary Zoo opens next Friday and there will be a grand opening celebration with some government officials there to help cut the ribbon.

The birds have been at the zoo for some time, getting used to their new home, food and weather.

Trish Exton Parder, with the zoo, says the birds are quite happy in their new home.

The Penguin Plunge is home to four species of the bird.
