ENMAX names new CEO

ENMAX has finally named a new CEO.

More than a year after Gary Holden resigned, the Calgary-owned utility has named Gianna Manes, a former VP at Duke Energy, as his successor.

Holden gave up his post in January 2011 after questions were raised about his multi-million-dollar salary and a trip to Europe funded by a company that did business with ENMAX.

The new CEO takes over from interim boss Charles Ruigrock Apr. 1.
