The 5th annual Calgary Health Show hits the Stampede grounds this weekend.

TV fitness guru Tommy Europe and relationship counsellor Dr. John Gray are this year’s headline speakers.

The show offers those searching for a healthier lifestyle some expertise and choices to better plan their daily lives.

It all takes place at Stampede Park’s Big Four building and goes until 6:00 p.m. Saturday night, and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Admission is $5.
