Three in hospital after car hits moose

Three people are in hospital after a major crash involving a moose just north of the city Friday night.

EMS tell 660News emergency crews including STARS responded from Calgary, Airdrie and Cochrane after the collision on Big Hill Springs Road near Lochend Road.

It happened just after 10 p.m. with two men in their 30’s in serious, life-threatening condition being rushed to Foothills Hospital.

A woman in her 20s is recovering in stable condition at the Rockyview.
