Convicted LRT killer released again

The woman convicted of killing a teenager by pushing him in front of a moving CTrain has been released once again.

According to The Calgary Sun, the Crown has withdrawn its request to have Natalie Pasqua’s earlier bail revoked, despite allegations she breached her bail conditions twice on drug charges.

In court Monday, the Crown said Pasqua can be released if she promises to return to court when required, without having to post bail.

The prosecutor also said she’s negotiating with defence lawyer Jim Lutz to resolve the new charges.
