CPS bust credit card skimming lab

Nearly 140 charges have been laid a against man and a woman after police uncovered a credit card skimming lab.
19-year-old Curtis Douglas Keller faces the bulk of the charges including possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography. 19-year-old Amanda McHugh De Bakker faces four charges.
Keller also goes by the names Victor Frolov and James Davidoff.
Investigators believe the couple moved into the victim’s old apartment after he and others were displaced by a fire in early 2010.
The victim, Victor Frolov, now lives in California and has been in contact with the Calgary Police.
Staff Sergeant Frank Cattoni says their look into the suspect first began while they were investigating him for a more violent crime.
Cattoni says the suspects had a pinpad in their possession that shows the elaborateness of the operation, even though it wasn’t compromised.
He adds the Calgary Police are working with other agencies in the United States and Australia as they begin to track the money trail and look for other victims.
Police believe there could possibly be more victims of identity theft and are asking anyone who lived or currently live in a condo complex in the zero to 100 block of Millrise Drive in the southwest to make sure they haven’t been a victim.
