Charity runner arrested

An Alberta man trying to run across Canada for charity says being arrested doesn’t discourage him from his goal.

Curtis Hargrove is facing an obstruction charge after refusing a police officer’s demand to stop running along the Trans-Canada Highway, northeast of Quebec City.
