Wildrose leader Danielle Smith has changed her stance on some key party positions, which could lead to debate at the annual Wildrose meeting.
Smith told lesbian website “Dig your Girlfriend” if her party formed government, Wildrose would fund sex change operations; an about-face from comments made previously.
She also strayed from her earlier position on conscience rights, saying her party wouldn’t allow health care professionals and marriage commissioners to opt-out of performing services.
