Calgary family expected to pull through after crash

A Calgary family of five is expected to live after a serious crash in B.C.
The family was driving to Vancouver Saturday morning when their vehicle left the roadway.
RCMP in Salmon Arm report driver fatigue was the cause of the crash.
Constable Lesley Smith says the crash could have ended tragically.
“Drivers must be fully rested before attempting a long drive. So if you feel fatigued please pull over and rest,” she says.
She adds, “You’re not only endangering the lives of your family but also the safety of the motoring public that are sharing the highway with you”
Smith also says the improper use of seatbelts made their injuries more serious.
