Warm fall for Calgary, early snow in mountains

The forecast for this fall looks like it will make everybody happy.
Expect a warmer than usual autumn and some early snow in the mountains.
The early snowflakes are good news for resorts that start up in November. Ski resorts in the Rockies saw record snowfall last year and experts say this year snow could come even earlier.
A spokesman for the resorts of the Canadian Rockies tells The Calgary Herald the forecast is “snow-riffic.”
Environment Canada’s David Phillips says city dwellers can breathe a sigh of relief; there’s no sign of early winter in Calgary.
