No injuries after shed fire in Willow Park

No one was injured in a late night fire in the city’s southeast Wednesday.

The Calgary Fire Department says they were called to Willow Grove Crescent S.E. before midnight to find a garden shed engulfed in flames.

Crews battled the blaze before it spread to a nearby home, but the heat from the flames melted some siding on the house.

A man and his two dogs had to leave their home as a precaution, but were later allowed to return.

Police are still looking into the cause of the fire.
