BBB warning for canadaonly.ca

As we head towards the holiday shopping season, the Better Business Bureau is warning online shoppers of a Calgary based company.
It’s called “Canada Only” (www.canadaonly.ca) and in the past year, the BBB has received over 85 complaints.
People say they place orders for food and health products as well as seasonal gifts then do not get what they paid for.
“The BBB has received a large volume of complaints from consumers not receiving the products they ordered,” says Sandra Crozier-McKee, president and CEO of BBB. “The alarming part is that the company is not refunding consumers money or answering their customer service line.”
