The largest seasonal light display in western Canada will brighten Calgary Friday night.
Zoolights launches at the Calgary Zoo for its 15th year and features 1.5-million lights and 200 displays.
Guests can take in ice-sculpting demonstrations, take part in some fun and games and enjoy hot chocolate by the fire.
Kids can also use something called ‘Santa Vision’ to get a direct connection to the North Pole; they can then send their chats with the man in red and white to family and friends.
Visitors who bring a non-perishable food item for the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank will receive a two-for-one pass.
