The lawyer for the man accused of killing a retired Mountie says he’s waiting to decide his next move.
Kim Ross is deciding whether to seek bail for his client, Trevor Kloschinsky, who’s been behind bars since the August 10th incident near Priddis.
Kloschinsky is charged with first degree murder in the death of peace officer Rod Lazenby, who was investigating a dog complaint at the time.
Kloschinsky appeared in court Monday wearing a bandage on his hand because of a reaction he had to being handcuffed.
His next court date is scheduled for January 9th 2013.
