Toys for Teens campaign kicks off

It’s a big day at 660News’ sister station, Jack FM, as it launches the annual Christmas Toys for Teens campaign.
Much of the charity gift-giving focus at this time of year is on younger children, with teenagers overlooked.
Calgary Sun sports columnist and JackFM morning co-host Eric Francis says it’s easy to help out.
“You know this city’s so generous, and we have the chance to go to the Salvation Army’s warehouse and see all the gifts that people give over the years in Calgary. They’re the forgotten ones, the tweens, the teens. They’re very particular in what they want so gift cards, really are the answer in most cases. But we’re looking for anything that a teen would like.”
All London Drug Stores in Calgary are accepting Toys for Teens donations, which will be distributed by the Salvation Army ahead of Christmas.
