AARCS Adopt-a-thon

It’s a big day for animals at the Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society looking for a ‘forever home’.
AARCS is holding an adopt-a-thon at their Safe Haven facility on 21st Street Northeast.
Spokesperson Rachel Howard says they’ve brought in animals from many of their foster homes for the big day.
“For cat’s that are over the age of six months we are actually doing a reduced adoption fee of $25.00, kittens are $125.00. For the dogs, you can visit with the dogs today, go online and fill out an application and then our adoptions coordinator will get in contact with you,” Howard explains.
The adopt-a-thon runs until three o’clock Saturday afternoon, or you can visit AARCS‘s website, anytime if you’re looking to make your residence a forever home for a cuddly friend.
