Calgarians can have their say on a future North Central LRT line.
The city will be holding several open houses this week to develop a vision for the line including potential routes.
Senior Transit Planner Jen Malzer tells 660News, it’s in the beginning stages of these kinds of infrastructure where dialogue is absolutely necessary.
“We want to hear; what do people like about their communities, and how do we pick an LRT that’s going to help communities grow, and achieve those visions over time?” explains Malzer.
Malzer says the open houses are just the first step in planning the project, which city officials say is still about two decades away from completion.
