The hunt is on for a 28-year-old Calgary man after shots were fired and a southwest pub was surrounded Sunday night.
Around 9:45 p.m., a man threatened a woman known to him with a shotgun in the 200 block of Village Terrace S.W.
He then fired shots in the air and sped away.
The vehicle was found near Morgan’s Pub on 17th Avenue and the suspect was believed to be inside, but got away as police swarmed the area.
Michael Anthony Ghostkeeper is now wanted on warrants for one count each of threats to kill, discharging a firearm and possessing a weapon dangerous to the public.
While police are asking for the public’s help, they say he is believed to be armed and dangerous and anyone who sees the suspect should not approach him and call 911.
