Scientists develop ‘aging calculator’

What if you knew how much time you had left?

Scientists at UCLA say they’ve developed a calculator that determines the age of healthy body tissue, and could be used to determine our internal body clock.

The National Post reports, the research could be used to develop therapy to slow down the aging process.

Scientists have discovered breast tissue ages faster than any other tissue in the body and are looking into how that relates to developing cancer.

Researchers are also hoping to use the new information to stop degnerative diseases like Alzheimer’s.
