Ottawa to introduce elections bill

The Federal Conservatives will unveil new election laws Tuesday, designed to clean up the voting process.
It comes almost three years after the last federal election which included robocalls, and reports of spending abuse.
Elections Canada will get a look at the bill this afternoon, but says it was not consulted on its contents.
