Jury still out in Dequina murder trial

Still no verdict in the trial of a Calgary man accused of first degree murder.

A jury deliberated for hours Tuesday before spending another night in a hotel.

Neil Lee Yakimchuk is charged with the execution style death of Juan Carlos Dequina in December of 2008.

Yakimchuk is accused of killing his future brother in law over a drug debt.

Deliberations continue Wednesday.
