Redford in Palm Springs?

It appears Alison Redford has been spotted, but not in the legislature.

There are several reports the former premier is in Palm Springs, California.

One Calgary man posted pictures on Facebook from a restaurant in the California city, where he said Redford was dining on Friday.

At issue is the fact MLA’s are docked $100 a day, if they’re absent for more than 10 days from the legislature, but Redford has asked for an exemption so that she gets that money.

She has been missing in the Alberta legislature for almost two weeks.
