It seems everything is about zombies lately and soon there will be a summer camp full of them.
The City of Calgary is offering the program at the Village Square and Southland Leisure Centres.
Kathleen Maddan with Calgary Parks and Recreation tells 660News the Zombie and Ninja day camp is one of several new programs this summer.
“We have one such as the Eco Stars day camp, teaching the kids how to reduce, reuse and recycle through fun-filled camp that’s all about going green. We have Summer Freeze day camp at Southland and Village Square Leisure Centres. It’s just a week full of wintry activities in the middle of the summer,” said Maddan.
The city is already taking registrations for their programs.
