Calgary Police are investigating after another bomb threat was levied at a Westjet plane.
Flight 722 was forced to make an emergency landing in Calgary while making its way from Vancouver to Toronto Wednesday evening.
Passengers aboard have since been put on other flights and allowed to carry on to their destination.
660’s Ian Campbell talked to passengers at Calgary International Airport and reports Gloria and Dale are on their way to Atlanta for vacation; Gloria wasn’t the least bit fazed.
“This is the first time I’ve ever flown and I don’t feel nervous,” she said. Dale, however, was a little more unnerved, something in the back of his head told him he may have to stop in Saskatoon, if this happens again.
He says this needs to stop, “Well, I’m a little concerned, actually, this has been going on for about a week now, right, so you know, I certainly hope that the authorities are working towards bringing this to an end.”
So far, there’s been no comment from investigators and the plane has since been cleared.
