Last week to compost pumpkins and leaves

There’s still one more week to get those pumpkins and leaves in for composting before the end of the season.
Calgarians can bring them to the seasonal drop-off locations until this Sunday, Nov. 8.
The leaf and pumpkin composting program is intended for residential use only, and you’re asked not to include rocks, branches, soil or sod.
Paper yard waste bags are recommended over plastic bags because they can be composted along with the leaves and pumpkins.
