Crash kills one near Medicine Hat

One person is dead, and three others have been rushed to hospital, following a crash south of Medicine Hat.
It happened around 5:15 p.m. Sunday on highway 41 near the Elkwater Townsite entrance.
RCMP say two vehicles collided head-on, killing one person, and sending three other occupants in the first vehicle to hospital.
Two people in the second vehicle were treated on scene.
Investigators are looking into the causes of the crash, and no information on the victims has been released.
The highway was closed for nearly 10 hours as RCMP investigated.
