Inmate dies at Drumheller prison

An inmate serving a second degree murder sentence at the Drumheller prison has died.
In a news release, the Correctional Service of Canada doesn’t give a cause of death for 60 year old Rodney Hirsekorn.
He died Tuesday at the Drumheller hospital.
The corrections service did say however, it is standard practice to review the circumstances surrounding the death of an inmate.
