Human Resources Minister Irfan Sabir kicks off Alberta Works Week in Calgary Tuesday at an event to help people start their own business.
The free seminar called ‘Self Employment: is it right for me?’ is one of 69 events across the province this week — with the goal to help young, out of work Albertans get back into the workforce.
It starts at 9 a.m. at the Radisson Hotel on 28 Street SE.
