Drug bust in southern Alberta

A joint drug bust in Calgary and Airdrie has netted over 200 grams of cocaine, Fentanyl, MDMA, Canadian currency and assorted trafficking paraphernalia.

On June 17, 2016, authorities obtained search warrants under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act for a residence in Calgary and one in Airdrie. Four people were taken into custody.

Andrew Knapp, 31, and Honour Toth, 26, have been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.

Karlee Kettner, 28, has been charged with five offences including possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and trafficking.

Wade Gunoff, 34, has been charged with ten offences including trafficking, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime and fail to comply with conditions of a recognizance.
