Bowden prison lockdown lifted after drug crackdown

Visitors are being allowed back into the Bowden Institution, north of Calgary.
The medium security prison was put on lockdown a week ago, to crack down on drugs in the facility.
In a release, Correctional Service Canada says it’s strengthening measures to prevent the entry of contraband into the prison to keep staff and inmates safe.
