Westjet flight from U-K to Edmonton diverted

A Westjet flight from Europe has had to make an unexpected stop.

Westjet flight #WS27 from London-Gatwick to Edmonton was diverted to Iceland Saturday morning after a warning light went off for one of the engines.

The Boeing 767 made a safe landing in Keflavik and was being inspected by crews on the ground.
