Calgary police looking for armed robbery suspect

Calgary Police are on the hunt for a suspect following an armed robbery near Chinook Centre.

It happened at a Subway restaurant on 1A Street near 60 Avenue SW around 8:15 p.m. Monday.

Police said a masked man walked into the restaurant with a long gun, got his hands on a large sum of cash, and took off.

Nobody was hurt, and police are looking for help from anyone who may have any information.
