Calgary police have charged a man in relation to an over decade’s old cold case murder.
On April 29, 2002, 24-year-old Terrie Ann Dauphinais was found dead in her home in Citadel Peak Circle N.W.
Three young children were also found alive at the residence.
From the start of the investigation, police believed the person responsible for her murder was familiar with the home.
After the case went cold in 2005, new information came forward last August, leading to Dauphinais’ estranged husband being arrested Monday.
Kenneth Dauphinais, who is now 43, has been charged with second-degree murder and will appear in court on Friday.
